Wilton Manors New City Hall and Police Department

In 2006, the voters of Wilton Manors approved a $6 million dollar bond for the design and construction of the new municipal complex. After a competitive bid process the contract was awarded to MBR Construction, with Walters-Zackria Architect Associates who will complete the project for $7.11 million.

The two story, 33,000 square foot building will be constructed on Wilton Drive adjacent to Hagen park. The police department’s new facility will provide the officers with much needed space and updated technology, and has been designed to further the department’s goal of becoming an accredited agency. The municipal complex is expected to be completed by the end of 2009.
