OVERVIEW - The City of Wilton Manors Police Department Youth Services is primarily handled by Sergeant Chuck Howard and Officer Frantz Petitpapa. Youth Services covers a wide range of activities from teaching prevention programs such as Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.), and Gang Resistance Education and Training (G.R.E.A.T.), in our local schools and community, to apprehending Truants in our neighborhoods. The Police Department annually conducts a Bicycle Safety Rodeo in conjunction with our cities summer recreation program to promote bicycle safety and to distribute free bicycle helmets to everyone in need of one.
